Design and Development
Design development, an important stage of the knitwear production process, is a passion for us. We attach great importance to design development in order to provide our customers with unique, high quality and affordable products.
During the design development phase, we pay attention to details such as yarn selection, knitting techniques, modeling, sewing, washing, ironing and quality control. In this way, we ensure that our products meet expectations in terms of design, performance, comfort and durability.
Design development also gives us opportunities to gain a competitive advantage in knitwear production. We understand our customers' needs and tastes, follow new trends, experiment with different materials and techniques, produce quickly and flexibly and raise our quality standards.

Manufacturing
It is the stage of forming a surface by turning the yarns into loops in the knitting machine. Knitwear knitting enables the determination of the properties of knitwear products such as shape, size, elasticity and fullness.

Singer manufacturing
As Mesa Triko, we are a company specialized in knitwear production. We serve with our own knitwear knitting, singer manufacturing department, ironing and packaging departments.
Apparel manufacturing
We produce 363 thousand pieces of knitwear annually with our expert staff of 60 people. Our production is done entirely in our facility in Istanbul. Quality and customer satisfaction are the most important values for us.
Quality Control and Packaging
As Mesa Triko, quality control is the most important stage of our production process. In order to ensure the quality of our products and customer satisfaction, we meticulously carry out our controls at every stage.
Ironing
After the quality controls are carried out, the products are ironed and packaged by our own team and then set off to be delivered to our customers in different parts of Turkey and the world.
